Dr Matthew Frazier and Dr Gina Ciaccia have been my childrens doctors since their birth. My son is now 12 and my daughter is 11. They have always been excellent and attentive in their care. They know my kids and even though we’ve moved more than an hour away, I have not switched to a new doctor that’s nearby. I have always been able to reach them and I believe that they have our kids best in mind.

I recommend Total Care Physicians to anyone I can! Every time I’m there I feel heard and taken care of. Both Dr. Ciaccia and Dr. Frazier take time with their patients and explain things in an easy to understand way. The nurses are also welcoming, thoughtful, and always make me laugh. I also identify as queer and it has been nice that they don’t assume sexuality and use thoughtful language. I feel grateful to have such great care in Chicago!

In response to San Tran, I wholeheartedly disagree! If you are referring to the front desk. Ms. Alicia, whom is the receptionist, phlebotomist, EKG tech amongst other things is the best at what she does. It’s clear that you were having a bad day! That establishment is the best, not only because of the physicians care there. In addition, unbeknownst to you it’s because of the patience and due diligence of the front desk!

From the first time I walked into the doctor’s office I was greeted with the beautiful smiles of their staff members. They were all very polite and very helpful. Dr. Frazier and Dr. Ciaccia took time to listen to my health needs as well as took the time to answer the questions I had. This is the best experience I have had in a doctor's office. I felt like a person and not like someone sick. I wouldn’t change them for nothing they are so fantastic and so heartwarming that they make me feel like family.

I love visiting Dr. Ciaccia. She is so personable and sincerely cares about your health. I never feel rushed and I always leave feeling informed and reassured. She makes herself available to your needs by phone or the portal. She follows up on your referrals. No long wait times for your appointment. Nurse Alicia is also very friendly and considerate. They work as a seamless team and it makes for a calm and inviting environment. I highly recommend this doctor’s office.

I’ve been taking my son to Dr. Frazier since my son was born. He really is the best! The total care physicians staff is super friendly and make you feel so comfortable! We love Dr. Frazier, he really seems to care about his patients which is rare to find in a doctor nowadays! We would never even consider going elsewhere!

My son has been seeing Dr. Frazier for over 8 years, he is always super nice and caring. I don't even know how he remembers so many of his patients' personal details and interests. I felt like I needed to write a review because I saw some people negative's impression of the front desk, I forgot her name right now but she is always friendly and helpful. It has been a crazy year for them as a small clinic, I think we need to give them a little compassion for what they have been dealing with during the pandemic. Everyone in that office have always been accommodating, nice, and professional in all the years that we have been going.

He truly listens and makes you feel valued as a patient. Alicia is phenomenal—supporting both the front desk and clinical side of the practice, she’s friendly, efficient, and helps everything run smoothly. Dr. Frazier, Dr. Ciaccia, and Alicia together run a small, patient-centered practice that clearly prioritizes quality care and long-term relationships. I’m very grateful to be a long-term patient here.

Dr. Frazier is truly the best. He’s incredibly kind and makes you feel genuinely cared for. He takes the time to remember every detail about my life—not just the medical ones. I’m so grateful to have found him. The front office staff is also wonderful. I truly couldn’t recommend this practice enough.
